"I started your fabulous diet plan back in 2007, but got pregnant & had to stop. I had lost 50 lbs in just 3 months & was thrilled!
I jumped back on plan in January of this year & dropped 20 lbs, but just lost my motivation somewhere. I think the addition of a second child was just more than I expected.
I am trying so hard to get back on track, but just cannot seem to find it in me for some reason. I need every bit of support I can get because I KNOW this works for me & it is SO easy if I can just find the willpower!
I am tipping my scale at 240 lbs now, an all time high for me, any tips for really getting motivated? 1) Login at the Kimkins site and see the new sample menus for each diet plan. The menus are very simple on purpose -- our members told us they wanted SIMPLE because everyone's busy with family, jobs & kids and everything in between.
2) Choose the Kimkins diet plan you want to try. I'd suggest Kimkins Classic with allows unlimited protein. 4) Print out the Kimkins Shopping List so you can stock up on chicken, fish, turkey, eggs, fresh veggies and low calorie drinks. If you're cooking for a family plan dinner around Kimkins protein and veggies, then add starches for them.
Get friends to lose with you! They can join at Kimkins and you can motivate each other.
5) Join 1 or 2 Kimkins challenge groups that fits your personality and goals. Try a 30-in-30, one for new moms or try mine, Kimmer's Pinky Swear ..."
